As of today, it has been a month since I learned Primordial Sound Meditation with Adam. On a personal note, Adam is easy going, and made the learning experience both comfortable and enjoyable. He has also been readily available to answer any questions I've had in the past month, which is a level of continued support I had not expected, but have greatly appreciated.

I went into the class to learn to relax, and possibly to experience some of the health benefits of meditation, about which I had been reading. What I received was so much more! Although I've only been practicing Primordial Sound Meditation for a month, I already feel like it has changed my life. It has definitely changed my perspective, and most certainly for the better. How I feel today, compared to how I felt before I learned to meditate … well I can't really describe the awesome difference in words that would do it justice, but I would say that I would wish this great peacefulness for every person. It must be the peace Ihaleakala Hew Len referred to when he said "I wish you Peace beyond all understanding."

So if you are considering learning to meditate, I would say it is a gift, and a treasure, and that Adam is a wonderful teacher.

… a year and a half later, and I feel as if my whole life I had another eye, but it was closed. Now that it's open, so many things have changed for me that I could barely list them all. Things I used to believe were so important they kept me up at nights, don't even register in my consciousness anymore. I sleep soundly and have peaceful dreams. I'm happy almost 100% of the time. I make decisions based on their "rightness" without wondering how others will perceive them. I truly live my life in the moment, being present in the here and now, and finding joy in being. I used to worry constantly, about everything… money, bills, the future, the past, what people thought about me… you name it, I worried about it. Now I can't remember the last thing I truly worried about. It's amazing and incredible at the same time. Whatever happens, I know that if I continue to live from my soul in this way I will always be able to find joy and happiness wherever I go, whatever I do, and whoever I'm with. Primordial Sound Meditation (if practiced) provides one with an all-encompassing sense of well-being, and a knowledge that you can literally change your life for the better. And the best part is that if I ever lose my way again, I know exactly how to get back to the place where all things are perfect and my soul is at Home.

I am a returnee to yoga after an absence of several years. The benefits of yoga are experienced not only by myself, but by my family, friends and co-workers. The balance of body, mind and spirit is what attracts me to this discipline. I am fortunate to have a wonderfully balanced yoga instructor, Adam Brady, who fully captures the Chopra experience. Through his guidance we practice "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga" and learn that each day we have new opportunities. Adam further enhances the experience by sending out daily messages that allows us all time to reflect on life. I would recommend yoga and "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga" to anyone who wants to improve their balance –physically, mentally and spiritually.

I have been attending Adam's yoga class for over a year. I never thought yoga was for me, but Adam's gentle encouragement has taught me that yoga is for everyone. I've learned so much about mind, body, and spirit, and the connections between them. I'm so glad to be in the class! A whole new world has opened up to me. I decided to take Adam Brady's Deepak Chopra's Primordial Mediation class, because I decided that I needed to make a change in my life. Wow! Am I glad that I took the class! The weekend was enriching and I've finally found a technique to help me relax and calm my mind. I cannot say enough about the Seven Spiritual Laws Yoga class with Adam Brady, instructor extraordinaire. He has created an atmosphere of relaxation and energy that is amazing. The class is the highlight of my week. I actually begin my weekend with yoga. This time is for me a busy, single mother to care for myself. To take time to breathe, think only of the movements, the extensions, the poses and the prana. My classmates, from different walks of life have become a family of yogis. We enjoy each other and the experience of yoga due in part to Adam's way of making yoga simple. He lets us know that we can enjoy the poses and listen to our bodies and get the same experience no matter what our level of flexibility or strength. As a former dancer my body enjoys the stretching, and with Adam's delivery and instruction of each movement, breathing pattern and mantra we all travel to a great place of personal understanding and unconditional love.

Thank you for the opportunity to share. Though this class I will be participating in the 21 day Summer Meditation, and hope to one day visit the Chopra Center. I am a participant for life!!!

I have to admit that I was a little intimidated when I first signed up for yoga classes. I don't consider myself athletic or particularly limber, so I wasn't really sure that I could keep up with the rest with everyone else. Well, after the first class, all fears subsided. Many of the positions and movements offer variations that allow for all skill levels. Without a doubt, yoga class is the best hour of my week!
