Adam Brady is a Certified Chopra Center Well-Being Coach, Vedic Educator, Ayurveda wellness instructor, martial artist, certified meditation and yoga instructor, and author. In addition, he's a certified Jeet Kune Do and Action Strength Functional Fitness instructor with a 1st-degree black belt in To-Shin Do.
