About Me
I’m a Certified Chopra Center Well-Being Coach, Vedic Educator, Ayurveda Wellness Instructor, Martial Artist, Meditation and Yoga Instructor, and Author. I’m also a certified Jeet Kune Do and Action Strength Functional Fitness Instructor. I have been studying the philosophical principles of yoga and meditation for over 20 years, providing classes, programs, and resources that educate others on how to empower their lives through yoga and meditation.
