Vedic Counseling and Ayurveda
Based on the ancient Indian science of spirituality, Vedic Counseling uses life-purpose guidance to attain self-knowledge, cosmic knowledge, and awareness. It incorporates balance into every layer of your life, deepening awareness, increasing your ability to fight disease, and live a healthier lifestyle.
Hatha
Yoga
Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga practice that focuses on breath control, inner connection, and deliberate and mindful movements. It provides powerful and transformational opportunities for spiritual connection and awareness through the unification of body, mind, and spirit.
Primordial Sound Meditation
Primordial Sound Meditation is a distinct form of mediation that allows for deep awareness using personal vibrations that are in tune with your mind and body. This vibration or sound is called a “mantra” and is based on the universe’s vibration during the time and place of your birth.
Martial Arts
Physical training sharpens your focus, promotes healing, and prolongs your life. Through a combination of martial arts exercises from Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, and ancient Indian physical conditioning (such as Gada and Kettlebell exercises), we will strengthen your body and your mind.
