My mission is to help you seek your life's purpose and develop skills to make daily, life-affirming choices that allow you to express the creative intelligence you already possess. I help you align with the laws of nature to enhance your overall well-being, happiness, fulfillment, and spiritual awakening.

  • Well-Being Coaching

    Well-being coaching offers a personalized, all-encompassing approach to your health based on your individual needs. I will be your one-on-one mentor and guide along your journey toward holistic wellness. As a certified Well-Being Coach through Chopra Global, I use time-tested techniques from the world's leading provider of meditation, integrative medicine, and holistic health programs. My personally designed well-being coaching program includes nine one-hour private coaching sessions over an eight to twelve-week period. Sessions are held in person or virtually. Between our coaching sessions, you'll implement these practices into your daily life with exercises to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit and live a renewed reality.

  • Primordial Sound Meditation

    Scientific research has revealed that meditation decreases blood pressure, reduces stress hormones, and helps alleviate anxiety and insomnia. Primordial Sound Meditation is an ancient form of meditation that utilizes the foundational sounds of nature to help you disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and connect with your inner peace. The key element of Primordial Sound Meditation is receiving your personal mantra. Your mantra is a unique sound based on the universe's vibration at the time and place of your birth.

    Reciting your mantra regularly during meditation will help you reach a deep level of inner stillness where pure awareness becomes possible. During our Primordial Sound Meditation workshop, we'll spend two days exploring the origins of meditation and its profound benefits. We’ll discover how to meditate in a comfortable, effortless manner and how to create a sustainable meditation practice. Each workshop includes four sessions.

    If you're looking for yoga in Central Florida that combines the philosophical and physical,
    you're in the right place. As a Certified Chopra Yoga Instructor, I infuse traditional Hatha yoga practice with the spiritual principles detailed in Deepak Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. Private and group yoga sessions are available in-person or virtually.

  • Ayurveda/Chopra Health Programs

    Based on one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, Ayurveda focuses on finding balance in your mind, body, and spirit to foster overall wellness. Discover the habits that will help you thrive in every area of your life. The Ayurveda Chopra Health Program includes five customized sessions based on your specific health goals. Sessions cover meditation, routine building, nutrition, sleep, and developing a healthy lifestyle.

Functional Fitness & Martial Arts Training

Rooted in Bruce Lee's functional fitness program and his martial arts training, Jeet Kune Do, these fitness training classes help you develop coordination, flexibility, and balance to meet the demands of daily life. Whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, or an elite athlete, Action Strength meets you where you are, allowing you to train at the right level. As your strength increases, I'll introduce you to new exercises and training sequences so you can unlock your potential and master your body and your mind. Training is dynamic and intense while equally fun and lighthearted. Training classes are 90 minutes long and utilize ancient Indian bodyweight exercises, the Gada mace, Russian Kettlebell training, and Qi-Gong exercises. Each lesson consists of a warm-up, 30-45 minutes of Action Strength training, and 5-10 minutes of yoga breathing (pranayama) and meditation. All participants must be at least 18 years old.
